Ray and Nancy Nolan, who were both chefs before the call of the prairies convinced them to put down roots as farmers, have graciously invited us to their family farm and will be our hosts for this delicious, down to earth event.

We are so fortunate to have an amazing Slow Food Youth Convivium in Calgary and they will be presenting an exquisite seasonal meal, using local ingredients, on April 26th at Loft 112 in East Village.
