Roots & Shoots is a unique collaborative dinner dedicated to showcasing the very best ‘good clean and fair’ ingredients from Alberta’s growers and producers. At a challenging time of year when the ‘roots’ are almost gone and the ‘shoots’ are just emerging, accomplished local chefs join forces to create an exceptional evening presenting their unique expressions of the region in celebration of spring’s return.
