We are so fortunate to have an amazing Slow Food Youth Convivium in Calgary and they will be presenting an exquisite seasonal meal, using local ingredients, on April 26th at Loft 112 in East Village.

We are excited to invite you to attend a Sustainability Speaker Series event, Food: A grassroots future. The event will run on Thursday January 26th from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. with a panel discussion from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on the University of Calgary’s campus. The focus of the panel is the impact of food on our environment, from city to pasture, and how emerging methods of urban and peri-urban agriculture present different choices to consumers, food security and sustainable food systems.
