Canadian Agrologist and farm columnist Wendy Holm will talk about why emerging public focus on food is happening “just in time” and what communities can do to support it. There will be local food and artisans on site with samples of their products for tasting and purchase.   Julie Van Rosendaal, freelance food writer and regular contributor to several newspapers and magazines, and author of the best-selling cookbooks One Smart Cookie and Grazing, is the MC.
