When kids are inspired in the kitchen they will try more tastes and eat less processed food.  What is your child’s salsa personality?  Bring them by to make their own salsa creation from a variety of the local harvest!

Come and watch a movie about the meaning and politics behind the Slow Food Movement.

Join Buffalo Stories to participate in a tea ceremony with Plains Indians traditional to this land.  Hear the explanation from someone who has achieved the rights to make and service the tea.  Seating is limited within the Tipi
