On June 21, celebrate the solstice with an exploration of biodynamic food and wine. Devised by Rudolph Steiner nearly 100 years ago, this growing system is a infusion of New Age ideology with Old World pragmatic farm practice, honouring the flow of life and seasons. Geoff Last of Bin 905 will introduce us to some biodynamically raised wines, and we will be joined by several local growers with interest in the field. Dinner will be served. Hosted in the main level new kitchen of The Cookbook Company Cooks.
